Administrative Functions

The Secure Easy Internet Messaging Administrative Options provides an Administrator with the ability to create iBoxes and to define their trading relationships. It also is used to report on Interchange activity and status.

Two Administrator Privilege Levels exist: Subscription Privilege and Report Only.

The Subscription Privilege Administrator can:

  • Create additional Administrator ID's.
  • Create iBoxes.
  • Propose Trade Partner Relationships.
  • Approve Proposed Trade Partner Relations.
  • Request Reports for all iBoxes belonging to the Subscriber.

The Report Only Administrator can as the name indicates only request reports.

A Subscription is activated with a single Subscription Administrative User. The Administrative ID and initial password are provided by your Secure Easy Internet Messaging Support Representative upon activation.

When an Administrator logs in, the Administration Home Page will appear allowing the Administrator to select the desired function.
